That’s a very open-ended question! I’d say I’m a very active
young woman who loves doing
all sorts of different things.
I need to keep busy, to discover and explore all the time.

What does “feeling free”
mean to you?
What does “feeling free”
mean to you?
Feeling free in my profession means, above all, feeling good
in my body—not being in pain, not being injured, being able
to run, play, and give it my all without holding back. It’s a sensitive
topic for all athletes,
but that’s where I truly feel free.
And in life in general, it’s an extension of that:
building a life
and a career that reflect who I am, without feeling trapped or obligated.
I almost feel like it’s not a job; I forget that it’s work. It’s like a game,
something
that amuses me, an activity I love deeply. Deep down,
feeling free means succeeding in creating a life like that.

Yes, I definitely identify with the value of freedom. Choosing a career
as a tennis player wasn’t necessarily
an obvious choice. It’s a real risk,
because you have
no guarantee it will work out. Whereas many people
choose to study for security, I chose to follow my passion,
without necessarily conforming to traditional
norms or a ‘proper job’.
I’ve always embraced that freedom, and it goes hand
in hand
with boldness. The boldness to try, to take paths you haven’t yet explored.
Even in my own journey,
when I took breaks from tennis, I used the time
to explore other things. And I want to keep going like this: not staying
in my comfort zone, challenging myself, seeing how
far I can go,
and above all, never getting bored.

How interested are you in fashion?
I’ve always been really interested in fashion, ever since
I was a little girl.
It all started with tennis: what I dreamed about were the dresses
I saw on TV—even before
the tournaments, it was all about the dress.
When I started playing, I created my own outfits, putting them together,
adding ribbons… And later, I was able to design my own tennis outfits,
which was truly a dream come true.
For me, getting dressed is a way to express my identity,
my mood,
and my personality—whether I’m in the city
or on the court. I approach both
the same way: in the morning, it’s instinctive—I choose based on how I feel,
the colors, and the energy of the day. It’s about expression, creativity…

the humidity, pushing yourself to the limit,
finishing a training session completely knackered because you’ve given
it your all and pushed your limits.
But a perfect summer’s day, holiday-style, is a mix of both: I can’t just lie around doing
nothing all day on the beach.
You’ve got to get moving,
play sport with your friends – beach volleyball, padel, football, whatever – and feel
that kind of tiredness, the kind
that comes from having really burned off some energy.
And then in the evening, there’s that special moment:
a nice dinner, the time when you get ready,
make yourself look good, a bit more stylish. During the day, you don’t care,
but in the evening you take time for yourself,
you feel good,
you love yourself. Deep down, a perfect summer’s day is that balance between pushing yourself physically
and enjoying
a lovely moment for yourself, plus the pleasure of dressing
more freely, in colours and pieces you love.

Actually, I’m wearing these eyelet jeans for the interview today because they were the first IKKS piece I spotted.
And after
trying out quite a few looks, what really stands out to me
are the pants and jeans—I love the cuts.
I love how they flow and how comfortable they are. Whether
high-waisted or low-waisted,
I always feel amazing in them. Honestly, it’s hard to pick just one piece—I want to take everything!
But pants are so easy to wear: you just add a simple top, a colorful tank top, and it creates so many different styles.
Why these? I don’t know exactly… but the cuts fit perfectly,
I feel at ease, comfortable,
and at the same time it stays super feminine, almost sexy. Comfort, style, and flair all at once.
