Upon receipt of your parcel in our warehouse, we will process your return.

As of today, you have 14 days to send us your parcel.

As a reminder, if your order was delivered to an IKKS boutique, we invite you to drop off your parcel at the same boutique, which will process your return.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for return shipping costs. You are free to choose the type of shipment you wish. However, we remind you that you are responsible for the condition of the product until it is received in our warehouse.

All products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, IKKS reserves the right not to accept the return of the item.
