Right of withdrawal

IKKS grants you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any pattern.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the following

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. Alternatively, you can complete and submit the sample cancellation form or any other clear statement electronically on our ikks.com website. If you make use of this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal period, all you need to do is send the notice of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have recovered the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must send or return the goods, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, to

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The costs of returning goods are borne by the customer and amount to 15€.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to handling not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to your right of withdrawal

You do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods manufactured to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal requirements.
