RETURNS

If you do not like an article or if it does not suit you, you can return it to us.

To do so, you must inform us of your wish to cancel the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

To ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently, please follow the returns procedure below:

  • Inform us that you wish to make a return
  • If you were logged in at the time of your return, please go to the My Account page, in the Returns section.
  • If you ordered as a guest, please click here.
  • If you have specified a delivery address in Switzerland, our customer service department will send you a DHL label automatically supplied by e-mail. This e-mail, sent by DHL or IKKS eShop Returns, contains all the information you need to make an appointment with our transport partner.

We offer only one returns form per order.

Please note that the associated return costs are 15€ and will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Pack the goods in a sturdy shipping carton (you can use the original carton if you wish) and enclose the return registration confirmation e-mail(s).
  • Print out the DHL label supplied automatically, stick it on the shipping carton and contact DHL to arrange an appointment.

In the event of a delivery error or damaged goods, we are very sorry and will, of course, gladly cover the cost of returning the goods. In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

You may also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal independently of the above conditions. This procedure is offered to you in order to facilitate your return. Please note that delivered goods may only be used for inspection purposes – as would be the case in a shop for trying on clothes, for example – and must be returned with their original label(s).
