A high-end, innovative, sustainable recycled wool
MWool® recycled wool is unique, premium, innovative and sustainable: It is also as precious as virgin wool: soft, breathable, elastic, heat-regulating, and resistant to odours, stains, fire and UVs.
It is fully circular and zero waste, through making it by mechanically recycling wool clothes and off-cuts. It has a low environmental impact, certified according to the ISO 14025 standard: 99.2% on climate change, 99.9% on water consumption and 93.3% on total energy consumption. It is high end: MWool® is a guarantee in terms of quality thanks to raw material selection and a controlled and innovative recycling process.
It is sustainable, via a unique treatment that prevents the wool from deteriorating during storage and increasing its resilience. The yarn obtained is strong, shiny and an exceptionally hard-wearing colour, without colourings or chemical products being added. It is GRS(2) certified, an international standard guaranteeing fibre recycling, ensuring traceability and the respect of social and environmental practices.
