Your returns form is now available and printable in the Returns section of your customer account.

As of today, you have 14 days to send us your parcel.

Upon receipt of your package in our warehouse, we will process your return.

Within 24 working hours, you will receive an email from our service provider in charge of routing your return.
Please follow the instructions in the email carefully to return your package. You will be charged a flat-rate return fee of £8 / CHF15 /15€.

All products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, IKKS reserves the right not to accept the return of the item.
